
Day 1 of eating clean again – for my PCOS, for my hormones, and for myself. No extremes. Just small steps. Here’s what I prepped: 🥣 Breakfast – Blueberry Overnight Oats: • 1 cup almond milk (unsweetened) @alpro • ¼ cup blueberries • ½ tbsp chia seeds • ½ tsp honey • Few drops of lemon juice → Blend and mix with 1 cup rolled oats. Refrigerate overnight. 🥗 Lunch – Leftover salad (keeping it low effort) 🍠 Dinner – Chicken + Veggies + Sweet Potato (Air Fryer): • Veggies: carrot, capsicum, broccoli • 250g chicken breast • Marinade: olive oil, garlic, oregano, salt, pepper → blend into a paste • Toss the veggies, chicken, and sweet potato fries in the marinade. Store airtight.
