I made this cake in my @nutricookworld Air Fryer 3 Vision… and honestly, I’m never going back. It’s a mini burnt Basque cheesecake — creamy in the middle, caramelized on top, and made without an oven. The new Nutricook Air Fryer 3 Vision has a clear window, internal light, and 6 smart presets that basically do all the work for you. Bake, roast, dehydrate, reheat — I mean… she multitasks better than I do. Here’s how I made it (4-inch tin- you can make 2 batch): – 180g cream cheese – 35ml sugar – 35ml condensed milk – 35ml beaten egg – 90ml cream – 7.5ml flour – Vanilla & a pinch of salt Whisk or blend till smooth, pour into a lined tin, and air fry at 180°C for 30 mins. Cool. Chill. Slice. Eat. Repeat.
