Recently in Hyderabad , the drug controller raided a Henna unit where Picramic acid was added to henna powder. When picramic acid is added to henna powder it can have adverse effects. One can have acute dermatitis if you don’t see a doctor immediately then the allergy can spread all over the body and in later stages allergic reaction, redness and itching.
