They start acting like the characters they watch.. their accent, their behaviour, their speed! 6. Moods are unpredictable. One minute they are fine. Next min they are snapping! This is often screen fueled. 7. You can see they don't obey time limits or screen limits because they always crave for more. 8. Their sleep is messed up! Screen messes up with melatonin. They often get nightmares and constantly keep waking up. 9. They have stopped playing with you or outdoors! Only screen gives them happiness 10.
