It’s a soothing remedy that’s sure to bring comfort. #Recipe #Wellness #FamilyCare” #happyshivaratri❤️🕉️ Besan Ka Sheera Recipe Ingredients 2 tbsp Fine Besan 2 tbsp ghee 2 tbsp powdered jaggery 4 tbsp chopped almonds ½ tsp green cardamom powder 1/2 cup water 1/2 cup milk Method 1. Dry roast the besan a bit then add ghee. sauté till the besan turns golden brown and fragrant. 2.Switch the heat off and pour the water and milk little by little into the besan mixture, mixing continuously to make a smooth and a thin mixture. 3.Place the pan back on heat and continuously keep mixing for 4-5 minutes. 4.Increase the heat and add powdered jaggery, almonds,cardamom powder and mix well. Continue to mix for 2-3 minutes. 5.Switch the heat off. Transfer into a serving bowl or mug , garnish with slivered almonds.
