
Follow these 5 simple rules : 1. Prepare their plate in front of them, ask ‘what do you want to eat out of this?’ 2. Avoid running after them with food, when you eat and they see they’ll get curious and come on their own 3. It should not be a stress or pressure of eating. Make it fun, part of daily routine and a fun thing to do. The more transactional it is, the more they run away. 4. Give them the plate and let them make it messy for a while. After they’re done eating on their own, if you feel they had less, you can feed them too. 5. Sit on a table with family and eat if possible. It shod be an activity of its own.
