LUNCH AT MIDWAY – ELEGANT HOTEL, VIZAG A meal that brought together bold Andhra flavours with a touch of refinement. Here’s everything we tried from their à la carte menu – full of flavour and thoughtful combinations. 1. Mango Fruit Punch – ₹175
Tasted more like a thick mango shake with subtle kiwi notes. Sweet, tropical, and refreshing. 2. Raju Gari Kodi Pulav with Gongura – ₹375
Made with fragrant Chitti Mutyala rice, this one was bold, spicy, and full of aroma. Loved the depth of flavour. 3. Gongura Prawns with Steamed Rice – ₹425
Gongura gravy was on point – tangy and well-balanced. Would’ve been even better if the prawns were cooked along with the gravy for a richer flavour infusion. 4. Gongura Mutton with Steamed Rice – ₹465
That same punchy Gongura base, but the mutton needed a bit more tenderness. 5. Elegant Potlam Biryani – ₹525
Flavour-packed biryani wrapped in a thin omelette – a good spice balance and a fun surprise inside. 6. Kobbari Annam with Koodi Kura – ₹395
The coconut rice was fragrant and delicious. Chicken curry was nice, though a little high on salt. 7. Thread Chicken – ₹375
Crispy, spiced right, and paired beautifully with the dipping sauce. 8. Vanjaram Fish Fry – ₹425
Perfectly crisped, well-marinated, and a great pick for fish lovers. 9. Apricot Dessert – ₹125
