I had a good chat with a friend over coffee (after a solid good time). And I tell you, you go unfiltered. Because it grows to your brain doesn't shrink kinda conversations, and I am a hunter-gatherer core for words with conversations that are so wholesome. We discussed the overconsumption we are all prey to—a vicious loop. Not that I didn't earlier, but not in physical stuff, in every freaking way, health, body, media, work. Anyway, the words were shared, and hence the post. And to my friends here, just because you’re overinfluenced Suddenly your home looks “meh”
because someone’s pantry is arranged by color.
Your skincare routine is missing 9 steps and a glow serum from another continent.
Your job was fine… until someone your age “soft-exited” their startup. This isn’t a productivity issue.
It’s a comparison overload problem.
We’re not living anymore. We’re just endlessly upgrading. Modern anxiety isn’t fear of missing out.
It’s the fear of not performing enough versions of yourself. So here’s a gentle reminder 
Don’t upgrade your life this week.
Don’t order the thing.
Don’t start the 5am routine. Just sit with what you already have.
