Longest Post Alert! Happy Birthday Albert Einstein, Jai & Jiya!! Sept 15, 2023 - the sonography doctor declared- “मैडम आपके बच्चे पहले से तो नहीं हैं ना… क्योंकि यहाँ तो दो दिख रहे हैं.. Congratulations you are carrying twins” And I just burst out laughing and giggling only to be shushed by the nurse. 3:44 pm, Thursday, March 14, 2024. I was lying in bed before my emergency C-Sec- as I was in labour in my 35th week. Just before my surgery, the attendant asked me whether I had thought of names- I was sure about a girl and said I have nick-names for a girl for sure and also if I had a boy and a girl would name them Jai & Jiya! And 3:44 the doctor happily announced- Twin 1 and 19 seconds later Twin 2- not revealing any more details. I burst out into tears thanking the team and my doctor caressing my hair thanked god and said that she is now relieved. Then Rajshree sister came to me with a huge smile that reached her eyes and whispered- “जिया और जय आ गए” It was and still is pure magic✨… I couldn’t believe that I was a mother and Ankit was now a father. It was and still feels like a completely new life. Thank you Universe ! We are grateful to our families and everybody around us who was celebrating this year with us. To the ones who met our babies and to also the ones who promised to meet., Happy Pi Day !!
