The author has woven this tale skillfully with threads of friendship, love, dreams, hope, ambition, heartbreak and loss with a touch of reality.The characters are well developed and their strength is explored to the T. What catches my attention is the mention of jokes played by friends or classmates that becomes an unforgettable scar in the mind of victims.The confusion a teenager faces during the growing up years and the emotional turmoil the heart undergoes while carrying the weight of expectations.The story is immersive, relatable and you can't help but remember your own teenage life. I loved the ending.This book made me smile, reminisce, ponder and experience the soothing feeling of having a warm cup of tea on a cold evening.So if you want to experience the emotional upheavals and remember what life used to like a teenager then do read Not you please by Anuradha Dev.
