After delivery, a woman’s body goes through hormonal shifts, dehydration, iron supplements, pelvic floor weakness, pain, fissures, and fear of using the toilet. That fear alone can worsen constipation — physically and mentally. So before giving rapid-fire advice, let her speak. Let her explain what she’s feeling. Let her heal at her own pace. Because recovery after childbirth doesn’t start with tips — it starts with empathy, patience, and understanding. 🤍 If you’re a new mom reading this: You’re not weak. You’re not doing anything wrong.
