But I just stumbled upon Grillin—and it’s honestly changed my whole perspective on dining in Medina. The moment you step inside, you’re greeted with that unmistakable aroma of freshly grilled wagyu and charcoal-seared meats. The vibe? Modern, lively, and exactly what you need after exploring the holy city. It’s not just another casual dining spot—it’s a legitimate steakhouse that rivals the best restaurants in Madina. I went with the Big Philly, a jaw-dropping 160g wagyu beef sandwich with caramelized onions, melted Emmental, and their signature sauce. Every bite was buttery perfection. Then came the Striploin Steak—tender slices of black angus striploin with a creamy peppercorn sauce that’s honestly craveable. Paired with their in-house tea, this meal became one of my best dining experiences in Saudi Arabia. If you’re planning to visit Madina soon, whether for religious purposes or exploring what to eat in Medina, Grillin is a must-try. Perfect for family dining, casual hangouts, or celebrating with friends.
