The formula has a velvety texture and settles into a soft matte finish, not that overly flat, dry matte. Feels very light on the lips, doesn’t pull, and isn’t drying. The pigmentation is great, one or two swipes are enough for full coverage. Just give it a few minutes to dry down completely. Once it does, it’s transfer-proof but not smudge-proof, so you’ll need touch-ups after meals. The only con I noticed is that if you layer it too much or reapply multiple times, it can settle into fine lines on the lips once it dries down. It has a bubblegum-like fragrance, not overpowering, just very Elle 18. Overall, considering the price, I feel it's a good everyday pick.
