Most self-help books tell you what to do. But The Diary of a CEO feels more like someone sitting across from you saying: “this is what success actually felt like behind the scenes.” What I liked about this book is that it doesn’t glorify hustle the way the internet usually does. It talks about insecurity. Validation. Fear of failure. The need to prove yourself. The loneliness that can come with ambition. And how even successful people carry invisible battles. A lot of the lessons are things people technically already know — your habits matter, your environment shapes you, discipline beats motivation — but the way the book explains them makes you actually stop and reflect on your own life. This book makes you observe yourself differently. And honestly, that’s far more valuable.
