Epitomizing seaside luxury is the iconic InterContinental Sorrento Mornington Peninsula in the state of Victoria, Australia.  Since 1875, this elegant hotel has been setting the benchmark for historic cum contemporary hospitality. I dined at their restaurant called Audrey’s by Scott Pickett and relished vegetarian delicacies like witlof, goats' cheese crudo, smoked beetroot, celeriac, bronze fennel, Audrey’s vacherin of rhubarb, apple and ginger, meyer lemon and eucalyptus jelly and Pete’s cherry and smoked chocolate truffle.   Foreshore views while seated in the plush heritage inspired interiors of this restaurant added to the charm of coastal dining.  Hosted by @australia @visitmelbourne @singaporeair and @intercontinentalsorrentomp @intercontinental @officialmorningtonpeninsula
