✨ New in Srinagar & Worth The Hype✨ My family took me here three times for breakfast and dinner, (yes, it’s that good!) and after trying almost everything on the menu, I knew this place deserved a 4th visit. Karbone is a gorgeous new riverside café at the bank of Jhelum River in Srinagar with three unique seating areas and an aesthetic vibe that instantly draws you in. Food? Absolutely incredible. The French toast is hands-down the best I’ve had in Kashmir—no exaggeration. I loved the chicken sizzlers, Adana kebab, lamb chops, cheesy fries, crispy chicken, pizzas, and Tuji. The barbecue station outside has a total vibe. For breakfast, everything from shakshuka to avocado toast and eggs Benedict was on point. The matcha latte, cold brew, and mockafis were fun and refreshing.
