
Recipes: Paneer sandwich: In a bowl, add diced paneer, onion, capsicum, pepper, and oregano along with two spoons of thick curd. Spread this over a slice of brown bread, top it with cheese, cover with another slice of bread, and toast it with some butter. Spinach dal: Into a pressure cooker, add soaked masoor dal, one onion, one tomato, a small piece of ginger, two to three cloves of garlic, two green chilies, salt to taste, turmeric powder, a bunch of spinach leaves, and water. Cook for two to three whistles. Once done, mix well and add a tadka using ghee, cumin, and hing. Beans and carrot palya: Heat some coconut oil, splutter mustard seeds, curry leaves, and hing. Add chopped vegetables, salt, a little jaggery, a green chili, and water. Cover and cook until done. Mix-vegetable pasta: Heat some butter, toss minced garlic, oregano, and pepper. Add chopped vegetables of your choice, fresh cream, cooked pasta, and top with extra cheese.
