A short trip to @amritbhawan was divine. It was also about time to reflect! *** The past one year has taught me a lot. A LOT! However, this one thing that I discovered and cherish the most is the beauty of SLOW LIFE ♥️ I’ve decided to design a more meaningful and conscious lifestyle for my (and family’s) well-being. The past one year was the year of awakening, to a point that my body and mind could not deal with the stress and cruelty caused by the unnecessary chaos. I have taken a step back to pause ⏸more often. I remind myself of all the beautiful 🙌🏽 moments and people I am surrounded with. I’m grateful. We should all be 🙏🏽 I’ve intentionally created opportunities for myself to disconnect (from situations and people that are no more needed in my life), slow down and be more present!
