I recently visited the School of Fashion at the World University of Design, Sonipat – and it felt like stepping into the future of fashion education. From walking through the corridors to seeing live projects, every space was buzzing with creativity. I explored the Photography Studio, where students were in the middle of a fashion shoot, the Fashion Studio with award-winning functional clothing and design journals, and the Fashion Lab, where fabric draping was being transformed into garments right in front of me. The Textile Workshop was all about tie & dye experiments, while the Foundation Studio showed how first-year students collaborate across disciplines. Heritage, sustainability, and innovation truly come together here – and it left me inspired to see how WUD is shaping India’s next generation of designers. ✨ #WUD #SchoolOfFashion #FutureOfDesign
