Thought of making a dessert with some left over bread . Typically known as poor man's pudding, BREAD PUDDING is one the most popular desserts in many countries. . After layering bread and a mixture of condensed milk , sugar, cardamom and dry fruits, keep in fridge to cool down. And let it set. . It came out pretty well!
