My initial complaint filed via the Vetic app was completely ignored. Unlike standard pet-care protocols, the Koramangala staff refused to let me supervise the session or check on my pet. This lack of transparency led to severe negligence. Key Issues & Impact on Edel’s Health: * Improper Drying: The groomers failed to dry Edel’s inside fur properly, leaving his undercoat damp. * Severe Matting & Pain: The dampness caused painful knots and matting to form all over his body. * Skin Inflammation: The intense irritation drove Edel to bite himself constantly, leaving his skin raw and red. * Fever: Due to the acute stress and severe skin irritation, Edel developed a fever that night. * Zero Support: I raised an urgent complaint via the Vetic app regarding his health, but received no response. . . . @vetic.in @vetic_bengaluru
