Pind Balluchi at Logix City Center is a fantastic spot for indulging in North Indian cuisine with a blend of traditional flavors and a modern dining experience. Here's a breakdown of my delightful dinner: Drinks: We started with a Brownie Shake and an Oreo Shake. Both were rich, creamy, and perfectly sweet. The Brownie Shake had a decadent chocolatey flavor, while the Oreo Shake was a nostalgic treat with a crunchy twist. Starters: Stuffed Mushroom Tikka: A highlight of the meal! The mushrooms were juicy, filled with a flavorful stuffing, and grilled to perfection. Dahi Ke Sholey: A crispy delight with a tangy yogurt filling that melted in the mouth. A must-try for vegetarians. Malai Chaap: Soft, tender, and creamy, with just the right blend of spices. It was incredibly satisfying and paired well with the drinks. Main Course: Paneer Lababdar: The gravy was rich, creamy, and perfectly spiced. The paneer was soft and fresh, absorbing the flavors beautifully. Pudina Parantha & Missi Roti: These were the ideal accompaniments. The pudina parantha had a refreshing minty flavor, and the missi roti was rustic and flavorful. Dessert: Thandi Kheer: A perfect way to end the meal. Served chilled, it was creamy, mildly sweet, and had a wonderful aroma of cardamom. Ambiance & Service: The ambiance at Pind Balluchi is charming, with a village-inspired theme that sets a relaxing tone. The staff was attentive and ensured our meal was enjoyable. Overall Experience: Pind Balluchi offers a delightful culinary journey with authentic flavors and excellent service. While the food was almost perfect, a tad more promptness in service could make the experience flawless.
