योगः कर्मसु कौशलम्। Yoga is excellence in action. Happy international yoga day to everyone 🌻 it's been 2 years I am following yoga practice religiously and here is the difference I can see in myself. It's not only about fat loss and physical health but it helps to improve mental health also. One can find the strength, tranquility and happiness after performing yoga and trust me it's the best feeling ever. I lost 15 kgs and the journey still continues!! Now it's a part of my lifestyle and whenever I skip doing it I feel that something is missing.
