Moonsoon special: Corn Pakoda 🌽 Must try ✅😍 📝 Ingredients : (Serves 3–4) • Grated corn – 1.5 cups 🥣 • Corn flour – 2 tbsp 🌽 • Besan (gram flour) – 3 tbsp 🧡 • Rice flour – 2 tbsp 🍚 • Onion – 1 medium🧅 • Green chilli – 2 🌶️ • Garlic – 4–5 cloves, minced 🧄 • Ginger – 1-inch piece, grated 🌿 • Red chilli powder – 1 tsp 🔥 • Garam masala – 1/2 tsp 🧂 • Haldi (turmeric) – 1/4 tsp ✨ • Dhaniya powder – 1 tsp 🌿 • Rock salt – to taste🧂 • Fresh coriander–2 tbsp 🌱 • Oil – for deep frying 🛢️ 🍽️ To Serve: • Fried green chilli 🌶️ • Ketchup 🍅 or green chutney 🌿 (Corn pakoda, rainy day snack, Indian street food, crispy pakora, tea time snack, monsoon special, fried snacks lovers.) .
