This year didn’t make me louder. It made me clearer. As a mom of two, showing up for work hasn’t always been easy. Stepping out came with guilt. Choosing myself came with doubt. But somewhere between deadlines, events, coffee breaks, and quiet moments, I learned this: • Self-love doesn’t need announcements • Breaks are not laziness, they’re survival • Loving your work doesn’t make you a bad mother • Girl time is therapy • Focus is a form of self-respect • And going out once or twice a week can save your sanity — and that matters I’m ending this year softer, more present, and deeply self-focused. Not perfect. But intentional. If this year taught you something about you — ✨ save this ✨ share it ✨ or create your own version of this post Because becoming yourself is worth documenting 🤍
