Achaar banana ab kafi Asaan hai. Aap bhi apni dadi ma jaisa achaar bana sakte hai sahi recipe aur achaar ke perfect jodidaar ke saath. Fortune Premium Kachi Ghani Shuddh Sarso Ka tel se banega perfect achar kyunki ye hai achar ka perfect jodidar! Ingredients:- * Fortune Premium Kachi Ghani Shuddh Sarso ka Tel - 1/2 cup/ 8 tbsp * Green chilli - 250 gram * Salt- 1.5 tsp Whole Spices :- * Fennel seeds- 2 tbsp * Cumin Seed- 1 tsp * Fenugreek Seeds- 1 tsp * Mustard Seed / Sarso- 2 tbsp Powdered Spices:- * Turmeric- 1 tsp * Kashmiri Lal Mirchi- 2 tsp * Nigella Seeds- 1 tsp * Asafoetida- 1/2 tsp Direction: 1. Firstly Take out the stem & Cut it half so all the spices mix well in it. 2.Then dry roast whole spices mentioned above, let them cool a bit and grind them. 3. Now add all above mentioned powdered spices & grind spices into Mirchi mix them. 4. Now add 200ml Fortune Premium Kachi Ghani Shuddh Sarso Ka tel Achar ka perfect jodidar into the Mirchi & masala. Mix well. 5. Now transfer everything into Airtight Container & Leave it into Sunlight for 3-4 days.
