
Toughest thing about being a food blogger is having outside food every other day & balancing your health 💯 Don’t you agree ?!!!! Few things i do to balance out : ~ Jeera water - everyday morning on empty stomach makes a lot of difference in digestion, trust me on this 🙌 ~ I don’t believe in intermittent fasting kind of things, i try to add every nutrient as much as possible !! ~ But I generally fast on mondays (for lord shiva) which makes a huge difference for me spiritually & health wise as well (i can feel the detox) ~ Roasted Seed mix is something new i have started recently & am genuinely hooked up with the taste as well as i see a lot of difference in my hair & face too ~ and finally my love for @sidsfarmpure 🫶 I love their brand for all the right reasons !!
