THE “POINT OF NO RETURN” – 90 Day Comeback Challenge Today I’m saying this out loud because hiding from it hasn’t helped.�I’m currently at my highest weight ever… even more than my pregnancy weight. And that realization hit me hard. Somewhere between life, work, stress, and putting everything else first… I completely lost myself.�I tried fad diets, quick fixes, starving, cutting carbs, miracle plans… you name it.�Yes, I lost weight before… but I gained it all back. Sometimes even more. Right now I’m badly out of shape, my stamina is low, my confidence is shaken… and honestly, the body shaming from people hasn’t made it easier.�It gets to you. Mentally. Emotionally. But this time… I’m not quitting on myself. Starting 10th March, I’m committing to a 90 DAY “Point of No Return” Transformation Challenge. (With a family wedding, an international trip & 2 important parties all in these 90 days - that’s what life will be like. No running away) �No crash diets. No unrealistic promises. Just sustainable fat loss, discipline, and consistency. And I’m not doing it alone.�@diet_o_holic_by_bushra is guiding me this time to lose weight the right way, rebuild strength, and get my life back in shape.
