
I want to share something personal. Two days ago, I was on a podcast, opening up about my journey with anxiety and mental health. It went beautifully — but by the end, my mind felt drained. My body was still active, but mentally… I was tired. The next day, anxiety symptoms kicked in — bloating, gut issues — and an argument at home added more stress. And today, in the middle of work, it hit me — shivering, heart pounding, going numb. It felt like everything was crashing. But in that very moment, I paused and said to myself: “Kriti, you’re okay. Your reports are fine. You’re safe. Nothing is happening to you.” I asked my house help for ice-cold water, dipped my hands in it — and slowly came back to the present. The reason I’m sharing this is because: LIFE MOVES ON. Right after the anxiety attack, I rushed to my salon to do makeup — and just like that, life went back to normal. Anxiety happens. You’re not alone. I know how dark it can feel. But you have the power to pull yourself back. You are stronger than your mind tells you.
