💞🌈While we all miss hanging out with friends, and binging on our favourite dish, staying at home right now is the safest thing to do. But that doesn't mean, you need to stop bookmarking yout favourite restaurants or the places you wanna visit, when the country is fit n fine again😉. Here's my first dish, from One Step Up❤️. 🍽️ 🍽️ | | Dish 1 | | 🍽️ 🍽️ 🥩 🥩 | | Pork Takrai | | 🥩 🥩 💲💲💲 @365 💲💲💲 Pork takrai is an authentic Thai starter dish, using many classic ingredients. The dish is made with pork strips, and finally dipped in bbq sauce. 😉 The quantity of the dish is adequate. So according to me the price of the dish is reasonable, enough. 🤓 The taste is quite nice, though not my best pork dish till date, but the taste wasn't bad either. The bbq sauce along with the spicy flavour of the dish worked too well. 🌚 The only think that I can complain about is the chewiness of the pork strips. Tip 💡: Eat when served hot. As time passes by, and the dish starts getting colder, the pork strips grow chewy. That doesn't really work well. 😶 What worked? 🤔 The quantity, the price, and above all , the BBQ sauce. 🤓 What went wrong? 🥺 Chewiness of the dish. The pork strips were really chewy after it cooled off a bit. 🙃 Rating : 3.5 🌟/5 🌟. . . . Get vaccinated if you can. Wear a mask whenever you go out and sanitize your hands at regular intervals.
