This is Cafe Cherrapunjee ® in Meghalaya a hidden property built inside a British-era bungalow that was once used by British officers as a dak bungalow while travelling between Shillong and Bangladesh. Some people even say a UFO was spotted above this property in the 1960s, which makes this place even more mysterious. From staying in luxury tents in the forest to having hot North Indian food in the middle of clouds, this place feels like a movie set, not a hotel. Also, very few people know this property is located exactly midway between Shillong and Cherrapunji, which is why it became a historic stopover place years ago.
