🇰🇷🇰🇵 Standing at the border of two worlds. I visited the DMZ (Demilitarized Zone), one of the most heavily guarded borders on Earth. A place where history, politics, pain, and hope exist side by side. Looking through the telescope at North Korea felt surreal. Just a few kilometers away were mountains, villages, and people living lives so close, yet separated by one of the world's most complex borders. I walked through the 3rd Infiltration Tunnel, a secret tunnel discovered in 1978 that was allegedly built by North Korea beneath the border. Standing underground, it was impossible not to think about the decades of tension, conflict, and uncertainty that shaped this peninsula. What touched me the most wasn't the military history—it was the human story. Families separated by the Korean War have spent decades unable to see their loved ones. Parents, children, siblings, and friends who once lived in the same country suddenly found themselves divided by a border they never chose. At Dorasan Station, a railway station built with hopes of reunification, I saw a powerful message: "Not the last station from the South, but the first station toward the North." A simple sentence carrying generations of hope. The DMZ is often called a symbol of division, but after visiting, I believe it's also a symbol of resilience, peace, and the dream that one day borders won't separate families anymore. Some places teach history. Some places make you feel it. A detailed YouTube Video Published on my Channel, I hope you will see, and after that will feel and think about the zone. The DMZ did both. ❤️ 📍 DMZ, South Korea 📍 Dora Observatory 📍 3rd Infiltration Tunnel 📍 Dorasan Station 📍 Imjingak Park #DMZ #SouthKorea #NorthKorea #KoreaTravel #DemilitarizedZone
