Easy Poha Cutlets Ingredients: 1 cup soaked poha (flattened rice) 1 cup mashed boiled potatoes 1/2 cup chopped onions 1/2 cup chopped capsicum 1/2 cup besan 1 tsp garam masala 1 tsp red chili powder Salt to taste 2-3 tbsp chopped coriander leaves Oil for shallow frying Instructions: Prepare Poha: Rinse the poha under running water and soak it for 5-10 minutes. Once soft, drain any excess water and set aside. Mix Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the soaked poha, mashed boiled potatoes, besan, chopped onions, chopped capsicum, , cumin seeds, garam masala, red chili powder, salt, and coriander leaves. Mix everything well. If the mixture feels too wet, you can add bread crumbs to help bind it. Shape Cutlets: Take small portions of the mixture and shape them into small cutlets or patties. Shallow Fry: Heat a pan with some oil. Once the oil is hot, place the cutlets in the pan and shallow fry them on medium heat. Cook until they are golden brown and crispy on both sides. Serve: Serve the poha cutlets hot with ketchup, mint chutney, or any dip of your choice. Enjoy your delicious and easy poha cutlets! #whatzeevaeats #lunch #lunchbox #lunchboxesaroundtheworld #indianrecipes #lunchboxkids #kidslunch #kidslunches #kidslunchboxidea #lunchboxideasbento
