As a mother i still follow this especially for foods where kiaan is not ready to touch at all... It atleast helps me to understand at what level he is towards accepting new foods, or trying to create his taste for it As a family, i my husband and now kiaan too we don't like curd. So to get kiaan to eat curd was a task. I started putting curd in sabzi with khichdi but it never worked. So one fine day i just applied on the khakra with little chaat masala and he enjoyed it, then i started adding boondi and he kind of enjoyed the combination,boondi was replaced with cucumber over time.. once i made a hung curd drip and he enjoyed it with breadsticks... Eventually i made lassi initially because it's sweet and then moved to buttermilk.
