Chicken Shinwari Karahi🫶🍅 1. Heat oil/ghee in a karahi and add chicken. Cook on high flame until it changes color. 2. Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for 1–2 minutes. 3. Add tomatoes + salt, cover and cook until tomatoes soften completely. 4. Now cook on high flame, stirring until oil separates. 5. Add Yogurt ,black pepper, chili powder , green chilies. 6.
