🔥 Smoky, spicy, and straight from the tandoor! Nothing beats the juicy flavors of perfectly grilled Tandoori Chicken served with fresh onions & lemon. 🍋🥗 ✨ Recipe for Tandoori Chicken: • Ingredients: • 6–8 chicken pieces (leg or thigh) • 1 cup thick yogurt • 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste • 2 tbsp lemon juice • 1 tbsp red chili powder • 1 tbsp Kashmiri chili powder (for color) • 1 tsp turmeric powder • 1 tsp cumin powder • 1 tsp garam masala • Salt to taste • 2 tbsp mustard oil (or any oil) Method: 1. Make deep cuts in chicken and marinate with lemon juice, salt, and chili powder for 20 mins. 2. In another bowl, mix yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, spices & oil into a smooth paste. 3. Coat chicken well, cover & refrigerate for at least 4 hours (overnight gives best flavor). 4. Grill in oven/air fryer/tandoor at 200°C until charred & smoky (30–35 mins). 5.
