Questions ingredients. Looks at gut health, hormones, acne, bloating, insulin, and energy — and asks why. That shift matters. Because better health rarely starts with extreme decisions. It starts with questioning what was normalized. This is the real generational divide: Gen Y inherited habits. Gen Z is auditing them.
