Lost Tacos completely surprised me in the best way. Tucked away in Finnish Lapland, this is not your usual taco spot — it’s where authentic Mexican flavors meet a refined, creative twist. Every dish felt thoughtful, fresh and packed with flavor, and you can really taste the passion behind the food. From handmade soft tacos to vibrant Central American-inspired plates, everything is crafted from scratch using quality ingredients, and it shows. I tried the prawn dishes, loaded nachos and… so many cocktails (no regrets). The prawns were incredibly flavorful, the nachos were indulgent and satisfying, and every drink paired so well with the food. Honestly, one of those meals where every single thing arriving at the table just kept getting better. What I loved most is how this place blends premium street food energy with a fine dining approach. Even the details stand out — fresh ingredients, bold spices, house-made elements, and a menu that feels both playful and elevated. You can feel the influence of Mexico and Central America, while still seeing touches of local Finnish produce. If you’re in Levi and looking for something beyond traditional Lapland dining, Lost Tacos is such a gem. Come for the tacos, stay for the cocktails, and definitely don’t skip the seafood. Good food always becomes part of the travel memory, and this was one of those meals I’ll remember long after the trip.
