
Ingredients: • 2 tbsp butter • Pav • 1 tbsp oil • 1 large onion (finely chopped) • 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste • 2 tomatoes (finely chopped or puréed) • 2 boiled potatoes (mashed) • ½ cup cauliflower (boiled & mashed) • ¼ cup green peas (boiled & mashed) • 1 capsicum (finely chopped) • 2 tsp pav bhaji masala • ½ tsp red chilli powder • Salt to taste • Water as required • Fresh coriander • Lemon juice Heat butter and oil on a tawa, sauté onions till golden, then add ginger-garlic paste. Mix in tomatoes, salt, chilli powder and pav bhaji masala, cooking until the butter separates. Add mashed boiled vegetables, mash well, sprinkle water as needed, and cook till thick and smooth.
