Life so far ..... Some reflections : Not able to push through my creativity and post every day or every alternate day like before . As kids are growing, work is happening, lots of burnout. Decided to take off this wkend, but found a course of AI , and I love exploring tech. Been having dips , and the only way to get out is self reflection and self care . This wk I just signedup for 2 new courses, I don't have bandwidth for it but , the topic was interesting, I love learning about topics which school didn't teach us . Learning about relationships . Completed by certification on art therapy, I did it for me so I can find my calm in-between work stress . Btw there is a Typo in slide please ignore. It's night 11 , and I am just Journaling my thoughts so I can connect with you all . And a came across this reel about switch off and I wanna try it tomorrow, Sundays are for no network day , apart from learnings. Let's see how it does ... let me know if you wanna try it too .
