2025? You know like those reels which were all over everyone’s feed that said write a letter to your 2025 future self on 31st Dec ’24 and see how far you’ve come? Yes, I did write that, and pata hai, kuch nahi hua usmein se, whatever I thought I wanted to achieve. But you know what all actually came through this year for me? 1. I went to my first ever proper concert, that too international @coldplay in Abu Dabi 2. I grew my YouTube channel from 5k to 66k subscribers. 3. I worked with brands which I really wanted to, only a few, but I was really happy. @tyaanijewellery @lorealparis @lancomeofficial and so many on YouTube 4. I had a column as a creator in @socialketchup magazine 5. I left my job which was so special and dear to me to pursue something new of my own. 6. I went out more than I have in so many years (I said yes to plans). 7. I started consistently doing yoga. 8. I read The Secret and it helped me become so much more grateful for things. 9. I loved my birthday this year after so many years of weird birthdays (a lot of things went wrong, but I loved every bit of it). 10. I got a TV in my room for the first time and now I am addicted (tabhi nahi lagwaya tha kabhi). 11. I saw my closest friends getting married and had the best time reliving old memories and making so many new ones 12. I upgraded my content game on Insta and YouTube in terms of production, quality and consistency 13. I did put myself first (it took a lot of practice, but I am kinda there). 14. I took trips with friends to Dubai, Jaipur, and an office trip, and it was the best time. 15. I socialised a lot and went to almost all my friends’ birthdays, new cafes, and events. 16. I got full body laser done (best decision ever). 17. I finally believed I belong in this space of content creation. Maybe not the year I planned, but definitely the year that shaped me.
