It was choosing the harder thing — the thing that pays off later. I tracked my weight instead of avoiding it. I made a detox drink instead of reaching for caffeine or sugar. I worked my full shift with intention, filmed content, and ended my day by cleaning instead of collapsing into screens. This was not a dopamine high — this was self-respect.
