After their makeover, they've taken the concept of serving amazingly delicious food even better than their competition. ​ ​     The Pav Bhaji is served piping hot, with a flame below the pot that carries the bhaji. And the Pav is perfectly toasted to make it crisp on one side and soft on the other, which helps us in holding them well. ​ ​     The Dahi papdi chat is succulent, with really sweet dahi used to make this delicacy.
