When Punjabi flavours hit different 🤍✨ Had the most soulful dining experience at @_thepalate The Palate, @nh8holidayinngurgaon Holiday Inn NH8 Gurugram, where Tales of Punjab truly came alive on the plate. Tried some absolute gems for the first time — Makailasooni ka Shorba, Palak Nutri Kulcha and Lasooni Dal Fry, and oh my God… that fresh white makkhan 🧈 — so rich, so soft, it literally melted in the mouth. The classic Sarson da Saag & Makki ki Roti was served with a delicious twist — flavour-packed chutneys and more makkhan (because why not 😉). Comfort food, elevated. Punjab on a plate.
