NEW CLOUD KITCHEN ALERT Recently newly opened @dalchabiryani sent me over their speciality dish and a traditional rice delicacy Dalcha biryani and it was a kind of biryani that I was trying for the very first time and was truly worth it. . Coming to the dish, The biryani was made with short grained flavourful Basmati rice in combination of roasted and blended whole spices that adds to its taste. It comes with a chicken leg piece that was well marinated, succulent and juicy. And it was well accompanied by the delicious mutton stew dalcha (an Indian lentil based curry with Dal, mutton, tarmarind as major ingredients) and the perfectly thick and refreshing Raita. . Honestly, I loved the dalcha, raita and the flavours of the biryani. It was very new and refreshing to me.
