Cig Kofte... A famous vegam/vegetarian street/common food of Turkey, made from bulgur wheat mixed with spices, onion, oil. Generally offered with different spice levels, served with lettuce salad, lemon and pomegranate syrup. It is a great meze option but you can eat as main course too... I do it all the time.
