
Recipe ⬇️ Ingredients: Chicken: 500g (boneless thigh pieces) The Mix: 2 tbsp Tok Doi (curd) + 2 tbsp Fresh Cream Spices: 1 tbsp Ginger-Garlic paste, 2-3 crushed Green Chilies, 1 tsp Black Pepper, 1 tsp Garam Masala, ½ tsp Cardamom powder, and Salt. Steps: Marinate: Mix the chicken with the curd, cream, and all spices. Let it rest for 30 minutes. Preheat: Set your air fryer to 180°C for 10 minutes. Air Fry: Place the chicken on a lightly greased paper. Cook: * First round: 15 minutes. Flip/shake the pieces. Second round: 15 minutes. Done!
