Before I had a GPS, I had my dad. My ultimate guide through every childhood expedition. My journey started when I was barely a year old. Long before I knew what “travel” meant, my dad had already introduced me to the magic of exploring. While the world knows Dora the Explorer, my first explorer was my dad. And somewhere along those endless road trips, mountain trails, and unexpected adventures, I found the Dora within me too. I found her when I felt most alive outdoors before I could even form memories. I found her while hiking towards waterfalls, chasing views instead of destinations. I found her when I realized that the mind is often stronger than we give it credit for — like when I climbed Girnar Parvat at the age of six, proving to myself that courage doesn’t always wait for adulthood. And hitchhiking? I only learned the word much later. Turns out we’ve been doing versions of it since childhood, trusting strangers, collecting stories, and finding our way. That little girl touching snow for the very first time? That’s me. And I think we all have moments like these tucked away in our memories. Sometimes we spend so much time explaining why we love the outdoors, why we keep returning to mountains, forests, rivers, and unfamiliar roads. But maybe the answer is simple: humans were born to explore this beautiful planet. Yes, I still get scared. Main aaj bhi thodi fattu hoon. But I’ve learned that courage isn’t the absence of fear—it’s refusing to stop because of it. And no, I don’t blame my 9-to-5 for keeping me away from the world. In many ways, it’s what allows me to see more of it. But if life ever makes you choose between that dress and that train ticket… Choose wisely. Because there is no classroom greater than the road, no degree richer than the experiences collected while travelling the world. The places you’ll see will fade. The person you’ll become because of them won’t. Aur Mujhe pata hai… tu kar legi yaar. ❤️ Concept of this video came throughy fav @larissa_wlc
