The vibrant Asparagus & Corn soup with Byadagi chilli oil added warmth, while the beautifully presented King Oyster and Finger Millet with bubbles of Parmesan soy veil brought both drama and depth to the table. A refreshing Cantaloupe and Ginger with mint salt cleansed the palate before the comforting richness of the Cajsa Crockpot. The star of the afternoon, Goat Gala with goat chops, apricot phyllo and reduction, was bold and unforgettable.
