I absolutely loved the birria toastie — crispy, buttery, loaded with rich pulled meat, and that consommé? honestly to die for 🤤 Also tried the mushroom toastie with pan-fried mushrooms, caramelised onions, confit garlic, truffle paste, and a cheesy blend… pure flavour bomb.
